Refund policy
You can get a full refund any time before work starts. Work starts on your clock-start date. Your clock starts on the day Sarah emails to confirm your brief is complete (all 5 fields filled in: email, package, book title, brief, and files link, and your files link opens). She sends that email within 1 business day of getting a complete brief. After work starts, there are no refunds.
Email sarah@brundigebusiness.com before work starts. Include the email address you used at checkout and what you bought (Cover Design or Studio Bundle).
The refund goes back to your original payment method. Your bank may take 5 to 10 business days to show it.
This applies to Cover Design ($99) and the Studio Bundle ($449 for the first 10 authors, then $499). After work starts, sales are final.
Cover Design is delivered within 5 business days of your clock-start date. The Studio Bundle is delivered within 14 business days of your clock-start date. If you owe a word-count invoice, your clock starts when it's paid. Details are on the support page.
